What is PhD Clinic@PTAR?
PhD Clinic@PTAR is an informal consultation service that focuses on postgraduate students and researchers at UiTM in helping and supporting them to launch their research process.

The focus of this consultancy service is to increase PTAR's involvement in supporting the ability of students and researchers to carry out their research more effectively.

The sessions are FREE to all UiTM’s Post-Graduate student as this is part of our ‘knowledge endowment’ programme.
Our Consultants
In total we have 4 appointed consultants from our own local ground experienced academicians with different set of expertise.

As each of the consultants appointed are from different UiTM’s campuses/branch, session are mostly done through ONLINE and no face-to-face session.

Currently, the consultants involved are from the School of Information Science which are:

PhD Clinic@PTAR Objectives
  • To help and support post-graduate students and researchers in launching their research process.
  • Assist postgraduate students and researchers in problem solving in each phase of their research.
  • Help to improve the intellectual capacity, motivation, and emotions of post-graduate students and researchers during their research and study process.

How to Apply?
Do take note that our PhD Clinic@PTAR session are currently done through ONLINE.

Please Login to your MyKM portal (https://mykm.uitm.edu.my)
  1. Choose under the tab ‘Services’.
  2. Click on eKKM and choose ‘Booking Class’.
  3. Fill up the required field for bookings (Choose module ‘PhD Clinic’ and make sure to choose ‘Online Class’ as the class only done through online. Choose your desired date and time which either on Tuesday or Wednesday only.
  4. Make sure the bookings are made at least 1 week before actual class intended.
  5. The maximum number allowed for each class is not more than 3 participants per session.
