Pay-per-view initiative refers to a service where library users are charged a fee to access specific materials or resources. This material was not in any of the library's active subscriptions. PTAR will try to purchase that material ad only accessible to the requested user.

This service is only applicable for 

1. Academic Staff
2. Administrative Staff (Profesional)

1. Item wasn't accessible with Inter-Library Loan
2. Requester's lack of funding/grant to support the research.
3. The request is approved by the Dean or Head of the Department
4. The material was not his own work.
