1. Adakah perpustakaan dibuka sepanjang tempoh MCO?

Perpustakan secara fizikal tidak dibuka.

Pengguna boleh menggunakan perkhidmatan perpustakaan digital melalui pautan web ke sistem koleksi digital seperti berikut:

1. Koleksi Kertas Soalan Peperiksaan (EQPS)
2. Koleksi Artikel (Langganan UiTM) - EzAccess
3. Koleksi Artikel (Open Access) - PTAR Open Access Discovery 
4. Jurnal / artikel UiTM - UiTM Institutional Repositories
5. Koleksi eBook

Sekiranya tuan puan menghadapi masalah bagi mengakses perkhidmatan tersebut, tuab puan boleh menghubungi pustawakan bertugas melalui Chat with Librarian.

2. Bagaimana saya ingin mengakses journal artikel yang disediakan oleh perpustakaan?

Terdapat 2 jenis sumber jurnal artikel yang disediakan oleh perpustakaan:

1. Artikel yang dilanggan.
   Koleksi artikel yang dilanggan ini boleh dicapai melalui pautan Library eResources. Login kepada EzAccess diperlukan (mengikut sesi web). 
    
2. Artikel akses terbuka.
   Koleksi akses terbuka adalah senarai artikel yang boleh dicapai secara terus tanpa memerlukan login. Sistem indeks disediakan bagi memudahkan proses carian di buat. Ia boleh diakses melalui pautan PTAR Open Access Discovery

3. Chat with Librarian

The Chat with Librarian service is available for research questions and general information. Questions will be answered the next day through email if no librarian is online.

4. Community and Visitor

The library is closed to community users, until further notice. Community users will be unable to access resources until the library reopens.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Online chat reference and email services will continue to be available to community users.

5. E-Resources (books, journals, other databases)

All of our electronic resources will be available in the event of a closure.

6. Fine Due

All fine due are automatically waived during MCO period.

7. Interlibrary Loan

Due to the closure of many of our partner libraries during MCO, all requests for books and other physical items will be canceled at this time.

Please hold your ILL requests until further notice. We are currently processing requests for articles only. Please allow additional time to receive these items. In the event of a shutdown, all ILL services will stop until further notice.

9. Operation Hour

Library operation is close starting 18th March 2020 until 14th April 2020 or until further notice due to Movement Control Order (MCO).

10. Overdue Materials

All material due dates have been adjusted to 28th April 2020 due to  Movement Control Order (MCO), please check your account to confirm at https://library.uitm.edu.my/opac.html.
If your account is still listing material as overdue, please contact us through Chat With Librarian.

11. Return book

User may return library book using Book Drop Machine or box located outside the library. If not, users are encouraged to hold library books during this MCO period.
